DrillersPad does not provide engineering, well-control, safety, legal, or other professional advice. All calculations performed by the app must be independently verified by a qualified drilling engineer, mud engineer, company representative, or other licensed professional before being relied upon for any operational decision. The app is intended as a quick field reference tool, not as a primary source for well control documentation or operational planning.
You are solely responsible for any decision or action taken in reliance on output from DrillersPad. The author has no control over how the app is used or in what context. The accuracy of every calculation depends entirely on the accuracy of the inputs you provide.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the author be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, personal injury, equipment damage, or environmental damage — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this app, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, or any other legal theory, even if the author has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
DrillersPad is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by the American Petroleum Institute (API), the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC), the International Well Control Forum (IWCF), or any regulatory body or industry organization.
The DrillersPad app, its name, icon, calculators, glossary, and design are the intellectual property of the author. You may use the app for personal or professional reference but may not redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or sell it without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
